Sacred Heart is seeking a Parish Administrative Assistant to play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of Sacred Heart Parish. You will provide essential administrative support to our clergy, staff, and ministries, ensuring the smooth functioning of our church and its programs. Your strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and attention to detail will be instrumental in contributing to the overall success of our parish.
Responsibilities:
- Front desk duties (phone, reception, filing)
- Document management, scheduling, and parish communications (bulletin, website, database)
- Church/hall bookings & rentals
- Sacramental records & reports
- Event assistance (weddings, baptisms, funerals)
- Facilities maintenance
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ admin experience
- Strong organization & time management
- MS Office proficiency
- Excellent communication & detail-oriented
- Adaptable, team player, active listener
- Diocese familiarity

Part-Time Maintenance Worker Needed at Sacred Heart Church
Responsibilities:
- Maintain church facilities and grounds
- Perform minor repairs, manage contractors for major ones
- Keep buildings and grounds clean and safe
Qualifications:
- Experience in building operations preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Mechanical aptitude and safety knowledge
- Ability to work independently in various weather conditions
Hours:
15 hours/week, scheduled by the Pastor
